What We’re Looking For

• Minimum age: 21 years old
• Malaysian citizens only
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking with people over the phone and setting appointments
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn
• Motivated by performance-based earnings and career progression
• Open to coaching, training, and mentorship
• Previous experience is not essential — attitude and determination matter most

What You’ll Do

• Introduce our financial services to prospective clients
• Make outbound calls and follow up on enquiries
• Schedule appointments for the advisory team
• Build relationships and maintain regular communication with leads
• Learn the fundamentals of financial services and client engagement
