We are looking for an organised, proactive, and ambitious individual to join our growing financial planning team in our new Elviria office. Key Responsibilities

Supporting advisers with client administration and documentation.
Preparing paperwork and maintaining accurate client records.
Liaising with clients and product providers.
Assisting with financial research and report preparation.
Managing diaries, appointments, and general office administration.
Ensuring client files are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
Providing day-to-day support to the financial planning team.

About You

Fluent in English (additional languages would be a significant advantage).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional, confident, and client-focused manner.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard business software.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or financial services would be beneficial but is not essential.
Motivated to develop a long-term career within the financial services industry.

Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you must be a career-driven and self-motivated individual who can proactively generate business. Working closely alongside IFAs, you will assist them in looking after their client base as well as actively generating more leads for them. You will be making calls to people around the world to introduce the company. Your leads will originate from incoming enquiries, client events, online marketing as well as, of course, referrals and self-generated prospects. Responsibilities

Develop growth strategies and plans
Generate leads and contact prospective clients
Promote the company’s financial products and services
Research and follow up on new business opportunities
Develop opportunities in target markets with marketing support
Provide superiors with accurate forecasting of anticipated sales

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Business Development or sales position
Strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude

Independent Financial Advisor – Spain

Holborn Assets is seeking to recruit experienced and highly qualified independent financial advisors. The position would ideally suit experienced UK financial advisors, or those with experience advising UK / EU expatriates abroad.

Responsibilities

You will provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services
You will assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan
Guide clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision
Keep abreast of new industry’s trends and research the market to back up financial consulting
Oversee the course of client’s financial plan(s) and update it, if necessary, to ensure profits
Comply with all industry rules and regulations

Qualifications

Ideally be UK level 4 qualified, or be prepared to achieve this industry benchmark.
3 years+ proven working experience as a financial advisor working on a commission only basis.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Track record of successful financial guidance in previous roles
Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems
Very competent in spoken and written business English
