We are looking for a proactive, creative, and digitally savvy Marketing Assistant to support our team in Bangkok. You will play a key role in managing our online presence, maintaining our websites, and ensuring consistent and effective communication with both new leads and existing clients.

You will be supporting three professionals in the Bangkok office who share similar marketing needs, making this a varied and engaging role with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Online Presence

• Maintain and update company websites to ensure accuracy and freshness

• Upload new content, optimize pages, monitor performance, and coordinate with external developers when needed

Social Media

• Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms

• Plan and publish daily posts, stories, and updates

• Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries or comments

Advertising & Lead Generation

• Run online advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)

• Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI

• Track leads and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth follow-up

Client Communications

• Manage quarterly updates for existing clients

• Assist in creating newsletters, marketing materials, and client communications

• Support ongoing client engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms

• Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress, Wix, or similar)

• Experience with social media content creation and scheduling

• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and improve campaign performance

• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks across several stakeholders

• Excellent English is required.

• Must be currently based in Thailand or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• You will provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services
• You will assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan
• Guide clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision
• Keep abreast of new industry’s trends and research the market to back up financial consulting
• Oversee the course of client’s financial plan(s) and update it, if necessary, to ensure profits
• Comply with all industry rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Ideally be UK level 4 qualified, or be prepared to achieve this industry benchmark.
• 3 years+ proven working experience as a financial advisor working on a commission only basis.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Track record of successful financial guidance in previous roles
• Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems
• Very competent in spoken and written business English
