Working closely alongside IFAs, you will assist them in managing and developing their client base while actively identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will engage with prospective clients globally, introducing the company and its services. Leads will be sourced through inbound enquiries, client events, digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and your own business development activities.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul data-spread="false">
 	<li>Develop and implement growth strategies and business development plans</li>
 	<li>Generate leads and engage with prospective clients</li>
 	<li>Promote the company’s financial products and services</li>
 	<li>Research, identify, and follow up on new business opportunities</li>
 	<li>Develop opportunities within target markets with support from the marketing team</li>
 	<li>Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul data-spread="false">
 	<li>Minimum of 2 years&#8217; experience in a similar Business Development role within the financial services sector (essential)</li>
 	<li>Strong work ethic and self-motivation</li>
 	<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
 	<li>Positive, professional, and proactive attitude</li>

 	<li>You will provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services</li>
 	<li>You will assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan</li>
 	<li>Guide clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision</li>
 	<li>Keep abreast of new industry’s trends and research the market to back up financial consulting</li>
 	<li>Oversee the course of client’s financial plan(s) and update it, if necessary, to ensure profits</li>
 	<li>Comply with all industry rules and regulations</li>
</ul>
<h4 class="mt-5 mb-3">Qualifications</h4>
<ul class="mb-5">
 	<li>Ideally be UK level 4 qualified, or be prepared to achieve this industry benchmark.</li>
 	<li>3 years+ proven working experience as a financial advisor working on a commission only basis.</li>
 	<li>Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills</li>
 	<li>Track record of successful financial guidance in previous roles</li>
 	<li>Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems</li>
 	<li>Very competent in spoken and written business English</li>
