Introducer / Business Development Trainee

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Malaysian citizens only
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with people over the phone and setting appointments
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn
- Motivated by performance-based earnings and career progression
- Open to coaching, training, and mentorship
- Previous experience is not essential — attitude and determination matter most
What You’ll Do
- Introduce our financial services to prospective clients
- Make outbound calls and follow up on enquiries
- Schedule appointments for the advisory team
- Build relationships and maintain regular communication with leads
- Learn the fundamentals of financial services and client engagement
Career Progression Path
Stage 1: Introducer
Commission-based role focused on generating leads and appointments. Successful performance and proven results may lead to permanent opportunities within the company.
Stage 2: Business Development Executive
Receive stipend plus commission while handling more in-depth client engagement and business development responsibilities.
