We are looking for an organised, proactive, and ambitious individual to join our growing financial planning team in our new Elviria office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within financial services, with a clear progression path into a Financial Adviser role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting advisers with client administration and documentation.
• Preparing paperwork and maintaining accurate client records.
• Liaising with clients and product providers.
• Assisting with financial research and report preparation.
• Managing diaries, appointments, and general office administration.
• Ensuring client files are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
• Providing day-to-day support to the financial planning team.

About You

• Fluent in English (additional languages would be a significant advantage).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional, confident, and client-focused manner.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard business software.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or financial services would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Motivated to develop a long-term career within the financial services industry.
