- Supporting advisers day to day in the office
- Administration tasks for all new business applications
- Sending applications to providers
- Handling adviser queries (telephone and email)
- Adding clients to back-office systems and Cloud drive
- Checking and processing new client business applications
- Uploading client documents on the back-office systems
- Updating and managing the CRM system
- Processing suitable certifier applications for advisers and submitting them to providers.
- Overseeing new business pipeline
- Communication missing information for applications to advisers
- Dispatching original client documents to providers
- Preparing client policy documents
- Client services – assisting advisers, and clients with any ongoing requirements.
- Anything that may be required.
