We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior CBI Associate to join our growing team in the Algarve. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-oriented individual to enter the fast-paced world of Citizenship by Investment. Working closely with an experienced Senior Partner, you’ll receive full training and hands-on mentorship to develop into a high-performing CBI professional.

Key Responsibilities

Learn the ins and outs of the CBI industry under the guidance of an experienced manager

Conduct initial consultations and follow-ups with qualified prospects

Present investment migration solutions tailored to client needs

Manage client relationships from first contact through to application and beyond

Follow up on leads and attend scheduled appointments (provided)

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking

Hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Ideal Candidate Profile

20–30 years old (ideal age range for early-career development)

Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles preferred

Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

Based in or willing to relocate to the Algarve, Portugal
