Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior management team at our Algarve office. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating high-level administrative tasks, and acting as a key liaison within and outside the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate client meetings and events, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.

Manage office communications and streamline administrative processes.

Maintain organized filing systems and assist with data entry and database management.

Assist with compliance documentation and internal reporting, as needed.

Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects at the request of management.
Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar administrative role, preferably within financial services or a professional corporate environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM systems or document management tools is a plus.
