Real Estate Broker – UAE

Job Summary:

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of properties to both local and international clients. You will guide clients through every step of the property buying process, providing expert advice, tailored solutions, and outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, a deep understanding of the Dubai market, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.

Property Presentation: Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.

Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients.

Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media and referrals.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai or the GCC region.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Networking: Strong network of contacts within the real estate industry and among potential buyers/investors.
